Depending on your travel needs, you can easily switch between the Pay-Per-Use and 30-Day Pass fare choices by logging on to your account or by calling

Order Additional Cards
Each account can have up to five cards. Only one card per account can be reloaded
with pre-tax dollars. Only one credit card per account can be used for reloading
value. Until further notice by the CTA, effective January 1, 2008, the $5 purchase fee for Chicago Card Plus is waived for first-time users.

Receive Replacement Cards
Easily replace a card with the balance that was available when the CTA was first notified. Your employer may increase your pre-tax payroll deduction by $5 to pay the replacement fee.
Log on to your account or call 1-888-YOUR-CTA, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. to request a replacement card.
Until further notice by the CTA, effective January 1, 2008, the $5 purchase fee for Chicago Card Plus is waived for first-time users.
