Manage Personal Information
Easily change all personal information (including card PIN, phone number,
e-mail address, mailing address and credit card information) either by

Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Order Additional Cards
Order up to five cards per account for family members, business associates
or employees on the same Chicago Card Plus account (only one credit card per
account can be used for reloading value).
Unless otherwise indicated by the CTA, the $5 purchase fee for additional Chicago Card Plus on an existing account is waived.

Receive Replacement Cards
Easily replace a card with the balance that was available when the CTA was
first notified, minus a $5 replacement fee.

can be picked up at CTA headquarters or received through the mail. There is a $5 fee for a replacement card.
